Smart inspection and management
The HUMMINGBIRD® system enables fully automated management of paint defects on car bodies, including precision sanding and polishing.
The Station Controller sequences defects and repair tasks, directing each car body to the appropriate station according to the production flow and cycle.
It integrates directly with J3D Vision’s Eagle Eye tunnel, requiring no rescans, additional adjustments, or robot-specific operations.

- Automatic generation of approach and repair trajectories based on defect type and location

Proprietary repair head
- Force-compliant repair head with automatic sanding and polishing functions (available in pneumatic and electric versions)
